Antique Lighting

Antique lighting store

in Philadelphia.

Looking for that special light for your historical home? There is a wonderful antique lighting sore on South Street in Philadelphia. This store has been collecting lighting fixture-for the past 30 year. They have two floors of vintage lighting fixture of all types. It is worth the trip just to see the collection.

The store is packed floor to ceiling with all types of lighting. There and plenty of brass chandeliers to choose from. Many of the light are operational in the show room. Many of the fixture were converted from gas lights.

The glass shads are one of the most impressive thing about this antique lighting store. The glass piece of the old lighting fixture were often broken over the years.  The lighting fixture here have most of their original pieces.
You also fine vintage crystal chandeliers in all different styles . This art deco lighting fixture would look great in a big West Philadelphia home.
The walls are covered with antique sconce lighting fixture. Ant the floor are covered with different types of lamps.
This is a combination crystal and brass chandelier. It has a a very delicate feel. It would look great in the polar room of a home in Rittenhouse square or Old City.
The sculptural metalwork on some of the old fixture is quite unique. Fixture like this simply are not replicated. They do not make them like they use to that is for sure.

  1. Hello,
Antique bed headboard with nice carving is crafted of untreated wood. Large bed covered with grey quilt is compatible with this old bed headboard. Nightlight in eccentric lamp shade illuminates this vintage bedroom.
