This is a picture of a15amp circuit breaker that is spliced in the panel to several different house branch circuits. If the circuits were tapped under the breaker's set screw it would be called a double tap. As it is now the circuits are spliced and not double tapped.
This is a problem you find in home where the circuit box is too small. Ideally each of these circuits should be on it's own breaker. The more circuits you have the better your home's electrical system will work. You will have less tripped circuits. Your power will also be cleaner for your electronics.
